Salads
Spinach Salad $4.00
This would have been Popeye's favorite. Fresh, steamed spinach is tossed with a sesame dressing. If only Olive Oyl had the recipe.
Singapore Fruit Salad $4.50
No need to hop on a plane to get the best of this Asian comfort food. A medley of pineapples, mango and apples pop with the sweet taste of taramind sauce.
Green Papaya Salad $4.50
Green papaya gets shredded with lettuce and bombarded with cherry tomatoes, but comes up smiling with a sweek lime sauce.
Good Luck Salad $9.00
Traditionally served once a year, the family would gather around a large plate of this delicious combo of tuna, tomato, tangerine, ginger and seaweed. The tangy crunch and medley of flavors makes this dish lucky for whoever tries it, any time of the year.
Tuna Wrap $5.00
Ahi tuna is quickly seared and mixed with glass noodles and seaweed salad in a light but lively cream sauce. It is then rolled into lettuce wrap. Who knew that eating well could taste so good?
Minty Tofu Salad $5.00
Give this wonderful taste sensation a try. This flavorful combo of tofu, cabbage, onions, tomatoes, lettuce and mint leaves in a lemon and tamarind sauce will add zip to any meal.
Tapa Style Entrees
Dancing Prawns $8.00
Pretty in pink, four prawns dance across a whirling dervish of glass noodles, gliding through a creamy, tangy sauce. This is as much a delight for the eyes as it is for the appetite.
Three Dip Steak $8.00
Tender filet, grilled on skewers, and served with three sauces, all delectably different. Featured is Samurai's signature peanut and lime sauce, accented with a dash of brandy. But why stop there. Try the homemade hoisin or teriyaki sauces. Oh' where to dip first?
Mango Chicken $8.00
Stir-fried chicken breasts whoop it up with bell peppers and mango, then party on with a sweet tomato sauce.
Monk's Curry $9.00
You'll find religion too after a bowl of vegetables and tofu, brought to a higher power by Samurai's spicy curry concoction and bathed by the light of coconut milk. Your taste buds will find inner peace.
Curry Assam Salmon $12.00
No swimming upstream for this salmon. Simmering in a fabulous broth of flavors, salmon teams with onions, tomatoes and green beans, to spawn some great taste.
Jumpn' Catfish $12.00
This fish is so good it barely stays in its pot. Simmering in a spicy sauce with a sweet twist, this catfish is really jumping with taste.
Sweet and Roughy $14.00
When this orange roughy meets Samurai's delectable sauce, it is as sweet as it gets. A wonderful combo of tomato, chili, garlic and other little touches, there is nothing rough about this smooth finish.
