Chilled Sake

Ginjo type sake is made from rice that is highly polished, usually 40-50% (Dai Ginjo: over 50%) of it’s original kernels. Exceptionally delicate, dry and silky smooth taste. Rich flavor is usually accompanies with fruity aroma. Served chilled or at room temperature.

Junmai type sake is composed of rice, water and culture; no other ingredients or additives such as alcohol or sugar are added. The sake is smooth, well balanced with full body. Served warm or at room temperature.
